A student organization dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and launching rockets.
Telemetry Engineer
- Successfully launched a 5-meter LOX/ethanol liquid engine rocket to an apogee of 4 kilometers.
- Responsible for rocket's telemetry system that transferred in-flight data wirelessly in case of failure.
- Developed Python software to visualize real-time pressure and temperature data for fuel fill.
- Collaborated with teammates to divide tasks into more specialized tasks.
- Communicated continuously with teammates to keep track of the rapid development timeline.
Bruin Space
A student organization dedicated to engineering space-related devices such as sensor apparatus, CubeSat, weather balloons, and more.
Sensor Engineer
- Developed code for reliably calibrating the in-flight sensors such as accelerometer and barometer.
- Extremely optimized lengthy code due to limited resources of Arduino Nano.
